Last Thursday and Friday I submitted work in the E.T.S.U. Annual Christmas Art Sale. I submitted work that I would normally not do for class work. The prints came from negatives taken in 2005. Unfortunately I didn't sale anything. I heard that my prices were too high. I though that $36 was appropriate for a 6 1/2 x 10 print wrapped in plastic with mat board behind it. I was selling the prints matted and framed for $50. I didn't think I should lower my prices for the old grannies that were walking through. Granite it would be nice to have that money now but I consider them Christmas presents. I am sorry for the horrible image quality. The are meant to see in person, not scanned and then thrown onto the internet.

27th Annual College Photo Contest
Today I am submitting 3 of my black and white photographs (posted above) from my Intermediate Photography class. I am curious to see how it will work out. This will be my first time submitting my work into a contest. The images above are horrible reproductions. The website below is the official website for the contest.

Blaine Construction Project
Today I went to the Blaine construction site after class. Greg More, my co worker at Davis apartments works on the site as an intern. He showed me around and I photographed his closer friends on the site. I told the guys I want them in their "work environment" just standing in front of the camera. I think it worked out well. I got the film back and I am not too happy with it. I am still getting major lens flair. I will post pictures up shortly.
